Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier handling times, and order volume.

Shipping Time

After processing, standard shipping usually takes 5 - 15 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to carrier delays, supplier location, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is generally 6 - 20 business days, including order processing and shipping. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, customs, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you informed if major delays occur. 

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you  notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at steadyhandsstudio06@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at steadyhandsstusio06@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Damaged or Incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged , defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at steadyhandsstudio06@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate. 

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is normal when products are fulfilled by different locations.
